ArmInfo. The National Academy of Sciences of Armenia (NAS RA) hosted the event entitled "Golden Fund of the French Printed Heritage" dedicated to the International Day of Francophonie.
According to the press service of the National Academy of Sciences, during the event, the public was presented with French-language books stored in the Golden Fund of the Fundamental Scientific Library of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, which were printed in the 17th-18th centuries in various European countries.

He emphasized that the main goal of the Organization is the dissemination of the French language and cultural activities for the benefit of peace, democracy and human rights. "The National Academy of Sciences of Armenia is the most important scientific center of our state, which cooperates with a number of French-speaking countries, taking part in various events and meetings, as a result of which science and scientists only benefit. As a result of interaction, Armenian researchers gain access to scientific innovations of French-speaking countries, and Armenian scientists have the opportunity to present their achievements at important platforms," Saghyan emphasized.
