Deputy PM presents to EU delegates government`s steps to meet needs  of displaced people from Artsakh

ArmInfo.On February 27, Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Khachatryan received a  delegation led by Adrienn Kiraly, new EU Director of NEAR C,  Neighbourhood East & Institution Building of the EU Commission.

The source notes that the head of the EU delegation to Armenia,  Ambassador Vassilis Maragos, was also present at the meeting.

Welcoming Adrienn Kiraly's visit to Armenia, the Deputy Prime  Minister briefly presented the steps taken by the RA government to  meet the priority needs of internally displaced persons from  Nagorno-Karabakh, including solving their housing problem. He spoke  in detail about the planned work to provide housing for internally  displaced persons.

From the point of view of ensuring stable living conditions for  internally displaced persons, the interlocutors emphasized the  continuity of the work being carried out in the direction of  increasing employment opportunities and sustainability.

During the meeting, other issues of mutual interest were also   discussed.
