U.S. State Department: Russia is not concerned about Armenia`s  interests 

ArmInfo. Russia is not concerned about Armenia's interests. This is stated in the response of the U.S. State Department in response to a request from the Armenian service of the Voice of America regarding the latest statements of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on Armenia's membership in the CSTO and the steps taken by Yerevan in the field of defense.

The State Department's response emphasizes that "Russia is not a  reliable ally or partner in the South Caucasus or elsewhere. We have  repeatedly seen that Russia is not concerned about the interests of  Armenia."

The State Department notes that the U.S. respects Armenia's desire to  continue the security relations it has chosen as an independent  country. "We support the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all  countries in the region," the department emphasized.
