ArmInfo. The Armenian people has to make a choice: a war or Premier Nikol Pashinyan's resignation, former deputy minister of defense Artak Zakaryan wrote on his Facebook account.
According to him, every citizen of the Republic of Armenia, whether he wants it or not, consciously or subconsciously, must understand and accept this choice. "This dilemma is imposed on our people by Nikol himself. Today, every resident of the republic must either preserve it and prepare for a more terrible war, or he must remove it and change the extremely dangerous trends that exist in international relations to the interests of the country's security," Zakaryan noted.
He added that this primarily concerns members of the ruling Civil Contract faction. "Your bloody and vile mandates, which give you nothing but a salary, have become a political pillar of the war and a shame for the Armenian people. You have nothing to say to your children, you have no answer to those who insult you... I know that many of you Everyone knows this very well, they know that you are scolded and disgraced everywhere, they know that a significant part of the Armenian society curses the group called "GD." Think, ladies and gentlemen, because the war that is approaching day by day will only happen because your Nikol is the Prime Minister of Armenia," the politician noted.
He emphasized that at first glance, what does Nikol Pashinyan have to do with it, if the enemy seeks to take advantage of the unstable international situation and seize new territories from Armenia through further military aggressions? "The connection of the new war with Nikol is that he completely failed the collective security and military-political agenda of the Republic of Armenia with the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran. He surrendered Artsakh only in exchange for the promise received from the West to maintain his capitulatory power. From the results of the Munich Security conference, it became clear that the collective West is not interested in the security of Armenia and cannot give any guarantees," the former deputy minister continued.
Continuing the topic, Zakarian, declaring his deep respect for the French people, expressed doubt that in the current situation France is able to provide support and security guarantees to Armenia. "The only option to avoid a new war is to intensify the domestic and foreign policy and security strategy of Armenia through a quick change of government. A war against Armenia is disadvantageous for Russia and Iran, but the policy pursued by Nikol, or rather his foreign masters, leads directly to a new war. By changing the government and by reviewing a number of strategic issues, it will be possible to quickly reduce the risks of a new war against Armenia and gain more time to strengthen Armenia's positions. Ask yourself a simple question: Nikola's resignation or war? Looking into the eyes of your children, answer yourself... Then don't blame no one in the mistakes made and cosmic nonsense," the politician concluded.
