ArmInfo. A completely new system of compulsory execution of judicial acts will be introduced in Armenia. At a meeting on February 20, the Commission of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia issued a positive conclusion on the draft law "On Enforcement Proceedings" presented by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and a package of related laws consisting of 30 documents.
As Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Levon Balyan noted in his speech, the presented package is intended to replace the regulations adopted back in 1998 in the system of compulsory execution of judicial acts." The purpose of the document is to establish uniform legal institutions, introduce effective mechanisms for protecting the rights of participants in judicial proceedings.
