Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will be able to communicate "on the sidelines" of events planned these days in St. Petersburg with the participation of leaders of the CIS and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Spokesperson of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov told reporters, TASS reports.
"They will have a great opportunity to communicate on the sidelines of upcoming events," a Kremlin spokesman said in response to a question about whether Putin and Pashinyan will have separate negotiations.
Earlier it was reported that Pashinyan left for St. Petersburg, where he will take part in a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and an informal meeting of the heads of the CIS. The President of Azerbaijan will also take part in the CIS meeting.
