According to the press service of the republic's foreign policy department, Vahan Kostanyan presented his interlocutor with the obligations of the Republic of Armenia aimed at protecting human rights.
The meeting discussed issues related to meeting the needs and rights of 100 thousand Armenians forcibly displaced to Armenia as a result of ethnic cleansing in Nagorno-Karabakh.
