ArmInfo.Armenia can have a very big role in establishing peace in the region, and Syria is ready to support you in this matter, since we are interested in expanding cooperation with Armenia in various fields of art. Ms. Nora Arisyan, Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to Armenia, said during a meeting with Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Daniel Danielyan.
In this regard, she especially emphasized the possibilities of interaction in the music and film industries. The Ambassador also said that she held separate meetings with the leadership of the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater and the Matenadaran Museum-Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, with which the possibilities of implementing joint programs were discussed. In particular, an agreement was reached to hold a scientific conference and an exhibition of Armenian and Syrian manuscripts.
The parties also discussed the possibilities of organizing joint festivals, competitions, and Culture Days.
