ARF Committee in Belgium refuses meeting with Armenia`s High  Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs

ArmInfo.The Belgian Committee of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) has refused  to hold a meeting with Armenia's High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan. 

The meeting was to have taken placed on the initiative of the  Committee of Belgian Armenians. 

"The Belgian ARF Committee and all its member trade unions refused to  participate in this meeting, taking into account the anti-national  and schismatic activities of Zareh Sinanyan. From the day of his  appointment to the post, this representative of the Armenian  government took extremely anti-state steps and made a lot of efforts  to belittle the role of traditional national organizations in the  diaspora and the artificial promotion of new officials as  representatives of communities instead of powerful structures created  over decades.

"Naturally, the customer of this policy is the immediate superiors of  Mr. Sinanyan from Armenia, who today have confronted the Motherland  with ontological problems," reads a statement by the ARF Committee in  Belgium.
