Turkiye intends to extend term of its military presence in Azerbaijan  for another year

ArmInfo. The Grand National Assembly of Turkiye has adopted a bill to extend the mandate of  Turkish troops in Azerbaijan for another year.

According to the Turkish media, with the bill signed by the President  of Turkiye, the implementation of the measures provided by the  tripartite declaration signed by Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia on  November 9, 2020 continues.

The Turkish troops serve in the joint Russian-Turkish monitoring  center.
