ArmInfo.The prevailing part of the Armenian public is dissatisfied with the activities of the prime minister, government, parliament and president. Similar conclusions can be drawn based on the results of a survey , conducted by the MPG consulting company, reflecting the public's attitude to the internal political situation in the country and defense issues.
Presenting the results of the study, MPG Director Aram Navasardyan said that 52.6% of respondents were dissatisfied with the activities of Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, 34.2% were satisfied with the activities of the prime minister, and 13.2% found it difficult to answer this question.
The situation with the government is almost similar. In particular, 57.7% assess the government's activities negatively, 29.1% are quite satisfied, and 13.2% found it difficult to answer.
However, those surveyed are most dissatisfied with the activities of the National Assembly. 64.2% of respondents negatively assessed the activities of the legislative branch, 22.2% noted that they were satisfied, 13.6% found it difficult to answer.
At the same time, 23% of respondents assessed the president's activities positively, 53.7% were dissatisfied, and the number of those who found it difficult to answer was 23.3%.
To the question of how much you trust the prime minister, 35.5% stated that they do not trust him at all, 18.6% answered that they rather do not trust him, 13.2% rather trust him and 20.4% of respondents fully trust him.
It should be noted that 23.3% of respondents believe that in order to resolve the internal political situation it is necessary to hold early parliamentary elections, 18.1% noted that it is rather necessary, 14.1% - rather not necessary, 33.7% - not at all do not see a need for this; 10.8% found it difficult to answer.
But if elections were held next Sunday, then 23.5% of respondents would not take part, 3% would not vote for any of the candidates, 30.1% find it difficult to answer whom they will support, 13.8% - refused to answer. Meanwhile, in the context of political forces, 15.6% would vote for the "Civil Contract", 4.7% - for the "Armenia" bloc, 2.5% - for "Public Voice", 2.1% - for "Prosperous Armenia", 2% - for the "Republic" party, 1.2% - for "I have honor" and 0.4% - for the "National Democratic Pole".
The survey was conducted through telephone calls to residents of Yerevan and regions from November 1 to November 4, 2023, the sample size was 1,100 people, the sampling error was +/- 3%.
