ArmInfo. As of now, there is no concentration of troops on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hakob Arshakyan told reporters on November 2.
According to him, recently some positive changes have been observed in Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, especially in terms of rhetoric, adoption of pro-Armenian resolutions and statements by various states and international organizations, in which the territorial integrity of Armenia shall not be questioned.
"Of course, the fact of a certain change in rhetoric is welcome. At the same time, we can't say that everything is fine," particularly pointing out the joint military exercises of Turkey and Azerbaijan near the borders of Armenia. The deputy speaker noted that he gives a general assessment, but at the same time urged to follow the specific developments based on the reports of the Ministry of Defense of the country.
