ArmInfo.Russian President Vladimir Putin invited his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev, after negotiations with the participation of delegations, to have a tete-a-tete conversation to discuss the whole complex, including sensitive issues.
As reported by RIA Novosti, Putin, is holding a meeting with Aliyev in Kyrgyzstan, where both leaders arrived for the CIS summit, which will be held on Friday. Delegations from both countries are participating in the negotiations.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Russian leader recalled that not long ago he and his Azerbaijani counterpart spoke by phone. He clarified that during the meeting they will pay attention to issues related to the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
"Issue number one is the situation around Karabakh, but we also have another agenda, it is quite extensive. I propose to structure our conversation as follows: So maybe we will start with the second part, so that we have the opportunity to speak out and talk with our colleagues. And then we will stay face to face and talk, talk about the whole complex, including the so-called sensitive issues," Putin suggested.
