Grounds for deployment of Russian border guards and Russian base 102  in Armenia more than clear - Nikol Pashinyan 

ArmInfo. The grounds for the deployment of Russian border guards and the 102nd base of the Russian  Federation in Armenia are more than clear, and no questions were raised with the Russian side in this regard, Armenia's Premier Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with Armenia's Public TV. 

Regarding the Russian peacekeeping contingent, Pashinyan noted that  their further deployment in Artsakh depends not only on Armenia.  Negotiations are also ongoing between Russia and Azerbaijan. When  asked whether the possibility of moving them to Armenia is being  considered, the prime minister noted that there are no legal grounds  for this. "These are peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh, and if they  leave there, they will go back to Russia," Mr Pashinyan said.
