Kremlin expects Armenia`s premier to attend CIS summit via video  conference 

ArmInfo. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan may take part in the CIS summit, which will  be held in Bishkek on October 13, via video conference, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Yuri Ushakov has said.

"I do not know if Pashinyan will arrive there. I have the information  that he will be present via a videoconference," said the aide to the  Russian President, answering the question whether a meeting is  planned between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Pashinyan at the  CIS summit in Bishkek.
