


ArmInfo. French FM Catherine Colonna, accompanied by Armenia's Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan, visited the National Burns Center, where she visited victims of the explosion at a fuel depot in Stepanakert, the Public TV of Armenia reports.
"My visit expresses not only a friendly attitude towards Armenia, but also support and solidarity, including diplomatic. France quickly responded to the tragedy in Nagorno-Karabakh, when people, due to the threat of force, were forced to leave their homes and become forcibly displaced citizens," Ms Colonna said.
She noted that France will continue to provide support to Armenia in connection with the situation. "Seeing the deterioration of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, the total blockade, violations of international law, France decided to increase the amount of financial assistance for forcibly displaced citizens to 12.5 million euros," she said.
