ArmInfo.As of the morning of September 30, the number of forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh who've crossed into Armenia reached 100,417, Spokesperson of the RA Prime Minister Nazeli Baghdasaryan announced at a briefing on September 30.
According to the latest information, 32,200 of the forcibly displaced persons had accepted the accommodation provided by the Armenian government.
The Armenian government offers accommodation to all arriving forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh. Some of the forcibly displaced persons chose to stay with their relatives or friends in Armenia.
41,043 vehicles crossed the Hakari Bridge, she said. The number of registered persons was 81,139 people. Forced migrants are being resettled in different regions of the country. The Government of the Republic of Armenia is implementing a short-term assistance program, which will later take the form of specific medium- and long-term programs.
1.852 people are accommodated in Aragatsotn, 7.640 in Ararat; 3.009 in Armavir; 2.862 in Gegharkunik; 1.581 in Lori; 8.289 in Kotayk; 1.317in Shirak; 2.244in Syunik; 1.700 in Vayots Dzor and 1.706 people in Tavush.
Baghdasaryan called on citizens who were not registered to register at regional social centers. She noted that over the past two days, about 2,900 people were transported on 90 buses from Stepanakert to Goris.
