ArmInfo. Only 10% of the 42,500 forcibly displaced people from Nagorno-Karabakh wished to take advantage of Armenia's assistance in getting temporary accommodation, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, Spokesperson for Armenia's Ministry of Health, told a briefing, citing data for 08:00 on September 27.
Of these 4,002 people from Nagorno-Karabakh 1,465 have been accommodated in Syunik, 810 in Vayots Dzor, 976 in Gegharkunik, 298 in Tavush, 200 in Armavir, 203 in Shirak, 30 in Aragatsotn, 20 in Kotayk.
The others wanted to solve their housing problem by themselves, which, however, does not mean that the government denies further assistance to them.
