Japan calls on all parties to find peaceful means of resolving  regional problems 

ArmInfo. Japan is closely following the situation surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh and calls on all  parties to resolve the issue peacefully, Foreign Minister of Japan told a press conference.

"Japan will continue to monitor the situation's development,  including the residents' condition. Japan calls on all parties to  solve the problems related to this region peacefully and through  dialogue," Kamikawa said. 

Touching upon the clarifying issue of Nagorno-Karabakh's belonging,  he reiterated Tokyo's position, which points to "the importance of a  peaceful settlement based on the territorial integrity and  sovereignty of Azerbaijan, as well as the inviolability of  internationally recognized borders."
