ArmInfo. What matters in the current situation in Nagorno- Karabakh, is to prevent a third party from interfering to establish its presence in the Caucasus under the guise of aid. This was stated by spokesperson of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
"So far there are no clear outlines regarding a trilateral meeting. The main thing is to help resolve the situation and avoid attempts by third parties to establish their presence in the Caucasus in vain without the existing potential," said Dmitry Peskov, answering a question from URA.RU about how the Kremlin is open to initiatives by third parties to participate in peace talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan. As the president's spokesperson noted, if anyone wants to help reduce the level of tension in Nagorno- Karabakh, this can only be welcomed. "But this requires the consent of all parties," Peskov said, adding that there are currently no clear outlines regarding a trilateral meeting of Moscow, Yerevan and Baku.
