ArmInfo.Armenia will open a humanitarian station in Kornidzor, Syunik province, to cope with the crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh.
As stated in the explanation to the document, the station is being created in connection with the need to unite the efforts of international organizations and foreign groups expressing solidarity in overcoming the humanitarian crisis that has arisen in Nagorno-Karabakh, to objectively present the humanitarian crisis to international and foreign structures, to support the work of human rights organizations and international media, aimed at opening the Lachin corridor and overcoming the humanitarian crisis.
The humanitarian camp serves as a platform through which the truth about the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh can be presented to human rights organizations and the international community, organized for their visits and information about the progress of events directly from the environment where humanitarian aid is collected. Due to the urgency of solving the above problems, a Humanitarian Center was created on August 29 of this year.
The government allocated $40,000 for this purpose.
