ArmInfo.Azerbaijan, contrary to the ceasefire agreement in Nagorno-Karabakh, killed a civilian in the occupied Haterq village on September 21. Former Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan reports on his acount in X.
"Azerbaijanis not only didn't cease the fire yesterday at 1 PM, shooting & moving in various directions for a few hours, but also today continued violations. Today morning they killed preliminarily a civilian in the occupied Haterq village, now shooting/moving to Stepanakert," he notes.
Earlier, Member of the National Assembly of Armenia Taguhi Tovmasyan reported that terrible news was coming from Artsakh.
On September 20, Stepanakert announced that it had accepted the proposals of the RPC command for a ceasefire. It was noted that "an agreement was reached on the withdrawal of the "remaining units and military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia" from the RPC deployment zone and the disbandment, complete disarmament of the armed formations of the "Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army" and the withdrawal of heavy equipment and weapons from the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh with the aim of their speedy disposal. Today, representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh arrived in Yevlakh to discuss issues "on reintegration, ensuring the rights and security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as ensuring the livelihoods of the population of Nagorno- Karabakh within the framework of the Constitution of Azerbaijan."
