ArmInfo. Louise Mushikiwabo, Secretary General of Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) strongly condemns the military operation launched by Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh enclave and calls for an immediate cessation of all military activities.
According to the statement of the OIF Secretary General received by ArmInfo, she conveys the most sincere condolences and solidarity from Francophonie to the families of those killed and wounded.
"Ms. Mushikiwabo reaffirms the importance of observing the ceasefire of November 10, 2020 and the commitment of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie to the peaceful resolution of the dispute between Azerbaijan and Armenia," the OIF Secretary General said in a statement.
Yesterday, Azerbaijan, under the pretext of an anti-terrorist operation, undertook another act of aggression against Artsakh. As a result of the enemy's aggression, there are hundreds of wounded, more than 100 people were killed, including civilians, and 7,000 were evacuated. Artsakh fell today. Azerbaijan started the violent subjugation of Artsakh.
