ArmInfo.Civilian population from 6 communities of Artsakh (Khramort, Khnabad, Sarnaghpyiour,  Nakhichevanik, Machkalashen, Chankatagh) have been evacuated. Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan wrote about this on his X (Twitter) microblog.

At the same time, referring to data from the Stepanakert morgue,  Stepanyan said that as of 20:00, there are 25 victims as a result of  the full-fledged terroristic attack by Azerbaijan, among whom 2 are  civilians.
