Ruben Vardanyan calls on int`l community to impose sanctions against  Azerbaijan, and Armenia to recognize independence of Artsakh

ArmInfo. I urge the whole world to impose sanctions against Azerbaijan, and Armenia to  recognize the independence of Artsakh, the right to self-determination and stand with us in defense of our homeland. Former Minister of State of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan stated in a video  message on his  Instagram page.

He also emphasized that it is impunity that enables Azerbaijan to act  in this way. "I am surprised at the impunity of the leadership of  Azerbaijan, which can start killing people just like that on the day  of the UN session, and before that organize a blockade of Artsakh for  10 months," said Vardanyan.
