He clarified that Moscow and Yerevan had reached an agreement on the resumption of humanitarian assistance to Nagorno-Karabakh. "There was a detailed letter outlining the point of view of the Armenian side [on the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh]. At that time, a lot of work was going on to resume the flow of humanitarian aid to Karabakh," Peskov told reporters during a conference call. His words are reported by URA.RU.
The Kremlin spokesman clarified that this work was crowned with success. However, the agreement on humanitarian assistance did not prevent a resumption of hostilities, Peskov concluded. He clarified that since the last letter, Pashinyan and Putin have not communicated.
