The deputy minister noted that according to the report of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, the Russian peacekeeping forces deployed in Artsakh were notified in advance about the so-called "anti-terrorist operation of a local nature." In this regard, MP from the "Armenia" opposition faction Armen Rustamyan noted that the policy of the Armenian authorities to recognize Artsakh as part of the territory of Azerbaijan has led and is leading to destruction.
