Azerbaijani media trying to present movement of citizens by Russian  RPC to Armenia as "evacuation of military personnel."

"In recent days, some Azerbaijani media have been trying to present the movement of a group  of citizens by the Russian peacekeeping contingent to the Republic of  Armenia as an "evacuation of military personnel." We consider it  necessary to note that there are no military personnel who are  citizens of the Republic of Armenia in the Republic of Artsakh, as  official Stepanakert and Yerevan have repeatedly stated. <The persons transported by Russian peacekeepers from Artsakh are  students of Armenian and foreign higher educational institutions,  citizens of the Russian Federation and members of their families, as  well as specialists and workers who are citizens of Armenia, engaged  in the construction and mining industry, who, as a result of the  blockade by Azerbaijan lost their jobs and were unable to return to  their permanent place of residence>, the report says.
