Together we can find new platforms for cooperation - British  Ambassador to Shirak Governor 

ArmInfo.Governor of Shirak region Mushegh Muradyanyan and Ambassador of the United Kingdom of  Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Armenia John Patrick Gallagher discussed prospects for cooperation.

According to the regional administration, during the meeting the head  of the region expressed his readiness to cooperate, emphasizing the  importance of decentralized partnership and the implementation of  initiatives aimed at developing the region. "I think it is possible  to discuss a realistic agenda and develop clear, practical steps that  we can work on together," he said.

Ambassador Gallagher, in turn, expressed the hope that through joint  efforts, the parties will be able to find new platforms for  cooperation.

During the meeting, issues related to various public and private  programs implemented in the Shirak region were discussed, in  particular, areas of mutual interest, such as the textile industry  and information technology, were identified. The topic of increasing  the role of women and involving them in politics and business,  developing creative entrepreneurship and empowering women was touched  upon.
