ArmInfo. In its relations with Azerbaijan, Armenia has always been and is guided by the concept  of "Armenian justifications". Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated on September 13 from the rostrum of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, answering a question from opposition MP from faction Gegham Manukyan.

However, as the head of government stated with regret, the  Nagorno-Karabakh issue can be resolved not only on the basis of  Armenian justifications; there are also international justifications,  legally binding decisions that the Armenian side believed. "We can  weaken, strengthen or nullify the negotiation process with Armenian  justifications," Pashinyan said, adding that he himself was  personally committed to the Armenian justifications to no less extent  than everyone else.

He noted that after the 2020 war, the opposition considered almost  all the Armenian justifications proposed by the prime minister to be  a catastrophic mistake, but all these issues could have been resolved  while previously in power.
