ArmInfo. The contents of the humanitarian cargo delivered to Nagorno-Karabakh from Russia were agreed upon with representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh. Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated at a briefing.
According to her, there were various objective difficulties related to cargo delivery. As the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry emphasized, a number of "unscrupulous information specialists tried to devalue this Russian contribution."
As Zakharova pointed out, it was a large-scale cargo. "There is exactly what the people needed, what they were talking about," she said, adding that it was an outstretched helping hand to the people of the region. "Those who decided to react this way to a sincere and extremely timely gesture should be ashamed," Zakharova said.
The Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson shamed the authors of derogatory publications concerning the contents of humanitarian aid.
On September 12, one truck of the Russian Red Cross entered Nagorno-Karabakh through the city of Askeran, loaded with Russian-made humanitarian goods. The cargo, despite a previously reached agreement, was not allowed through for several days. The truck (15 tons) was loaded with 1000 food sets, 270 sets of bed linen, 200 hygiene sets, 192 children's sets.
