ArmInfo.Unfortunately, the 44-day war of 2020 has not yet ended, and the Republic of Artsakh  stands today on the verge of a new, catastrophic war. The head of the Justice faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, David Galstyan, wrote on his Facebook page.

<For almost 3 years we have been declaring that our actions will lead  to a new escalation, a new catastrophe. We have proposed many times  that it is necessary to change the old, failed style of work and  understand that if a new escalation occurs in relation to Artsakh,  this means that the existing mechanisms will not be able to  withstand. And the new escalation took the form of a humanitarian  catastrophe," he wrote.

Galstyan draws attention to the fact that the Armenian authorities  limited themselves to only condemning statements about the  humanitarian catastrophe, noting that Russian peacekeepers are  responsible for eliminating the catastrophe.

<However, it was in Artsakh that real political processes began aimed  at saving Artsakh, the government circles of Armenia and their  satellites in Artsakh began to worry, began to declare that these  political processes were unacceptable, and the satellites operating  in Artsakh introduced a term familiar from 2018:  <...either I will  be president, or the Republic of Artsakh will not have a president:   This is familiar to you, isn't it? And in the criticism of this  tandem, unfortunately, nothing is said about the role of the Armenian  authorities in the Artsakh crisis, about Pashinyan's recognition of  Artsakh as the territory of Azerbaijan, about sowing hatred towards  Russian peacekeepers, etc., etc.

Dear compatriots, the "Justice" faction of the National Assembly of  the Republic of Artsakh nominated Samvel Shahramanyan for the early  elections of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, being  confident that around him we will have the consolidation of society  in general and the consensus of political forces in particular.

Dear brothers and sisters, we call for sobriety, realizing that there  are not many chances and any adventure will be destructive for our  Motherland. We are obliged to elect the President of the Republic of  Artsakh and demand that he unite the entire society for the sake  of  the Motherland, make decisions acceptable to society and take  responsibility for these decisions," concluded the head of the  Artsakh parliamentary faction. -
