Arayik Harutyunyan introduces to government newly appointed  Artsakh  State Minister Samvel Shahramanyan

ArmInfo.Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan introduced newly appointed State  Minister Samvel Shahramanyan to the members of the government, heads  of other state administration bodies, and the leadership of the  judiciary.

According to the press service of the President of Artsakh, the head  of state, expressing gratitude to his colleagues for their joint  work, presented the reasons for his resignation. Noting that the  period before the election of a new president by the National  Assembly is very responsible, Arayik Harutyunyan stressed that  overcoming it and carrying out the change of power in a legal way are  important for preserving statehood.  Arayik Harutyunyan urged his  colleagues to soberly assess the situation and support the new  authorities in overcoming the humanitarian catastrophe created in the  country and confronting possible internal and external challenges.

The President expressed his gratitude to Gurgen Nersisyan for taking  responsibility in the public administration system during a difficult  period for the country, and to Samvel Shahramanyan for accepting the  offer to take the post of State Minister in this difficult historical  period.

Earlier today, Harutyunyan submitted his resignation letter to the  NKR Parliament.
