<The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on  August 31, at about 10:55 am, units of the Artsakh Defense Army  carried out engineering work in the Shusha region, which were  allegedly prevented as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani  Armed Forces, is another disinformation>, the Artsakh defense said in  a statement.
