"The actions of the Artsakh authorities and the resolution of the situation, mediation proposals received from various mediators were discussed. The decision has not yet been made, but discussions are ongoing. President Harutyunyan will personally publish information about the situation and approaches of the authorities in the near future," Avanesyan said.

According to reports, Harutyunyan said that it was decided that the supply of diesel fuel and building materials will be carried out through the territory of Azerbaijan, and the supply of medicine and food from Armenia through the Kashatagh (Lachin) corridor. In the future, the supply of electricity and gas to Artsakh will also come from Azerbaijan.
