Gagik Tsarukyan invited to prosecutor`s office within property  confiscation case

ArmInfo. The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia may seize property of illegal origin from head of the Prosperous Armenia party Gagik Tsarukyan.

In particular, according to the azdarar.am website of official  notifications, Gagik Tsarukyan, his sons Nver and Hovhannes  Tsarukyan, wife Javahir Tsarukyan and parents Roza and Kolik  Tsarukyan, as well as daughter-in-law were invited to the Department  for Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin of the Prosecutor  General's Office of the Republic of Armenia.

It is noted that a study was carried out in relation to their  property, as a result of which an inventory was drawn up. They were  invited to the prosecutor's office on August 21, 2023 at 12:00 p.m.  to get acquainted with the materials of the investigation and state  their position.
