Azerbaijani border service detains another citizen of Artsakh

ArmInfo. Today, near the village of Aghavno, a citizen of the Republic of Artsakh Rashid  Beglaryan (born in 1962) was detained by the Azerbaijani border  service. The Artsakh Information Center reports, referring to the  Azerbaijani sources.

According to the source, the detainee was forced to relocate from the  city of Shushi in 2020, and in recent days he was in the village of  Hin Shen, Shushi region. Beglaryan fell under the control of the  Azerbaijani side, getting lost in the area.
