ArmInfo. Leaving aside all diplomatic tricks, it should be stated that there are no serious achievements in the negotiations on the so-called "peace treaty" between Armenia and artificially created Azerbaijan, expert in Iranian studies Vardan Voskanyan wrote on his Facebook account.
"This is virtually impossible, because the goal of the barbarian regime in Baku is not peace, but the complete, unconditional and irreversible capitulation of Armenia and its de facto transformation into a 'ghost state'," he wrote.
He added that the only pragmatic way out of the situation is the widespread, high-quality and reasonable militarization of Armenia according to a very simple and understandable formula, with the widest possible range of allies and super-consolidation of internal resources. A fortress state is needed, which should be ready at any moment not only to meet, but also to deliver a devastating blow in order to prevent any hostile ambitions characteristic of hybrid warfare with an unprecedented methodology.
"In parallel with the construction of a fortress state in Armenia, an equally reasonable and methodical, and not episodic, program of possible undermining and disintegration of the enemy's artificial formation should be implemented. All these are areas that require great dedication and will, and only hard and hard work, but who said that having a state in Western Asia, developing and strengthening it is an easy task," Mr Voskanyan wrote.
