Argument `saving Armenia by surrendering Artsakh` greatest charade  this government is going through - opposition politician 

ArmInfo.The Armenian authorities are persistently putting forward the argument that  Armenia's security problems can be solved only through surrender of Artsakh, Andranik Tevanyan, Coordinator of the Mother Armenia movement, wrote on his Facebook aaccount. 

"In other words, sowing discord between residents of Armenia and  Artsakh is a government policy. The argument 'saving Armenia by  surrendering Artsakh' is the greatest charade this government is  going through in dealing with the country's people. The lie is aimed  at dulling popular vigilance and throwing people into a  self-destructive stupor. Consistent struggle against this lie must be  waged," Mr Tevanyan writes.  

"Our contacts with thousands of people show most people have not  swallowed this bait of lies and are against this policy. But fear of  war is confusing them. 

"The task of all of us is to explain to people that the policy of the  current government leads to war and defeat (there is no shortage of  evidence); that the fall of Artsakh marks the beginning of the fall  of Armenia (there is also a huge arsenal of arguments and  justifications); explain and give hope that there is an opportunity  to get out of the current situation (the door of this opportunity  opens with a change of negotiator)," Mr Tevanyan wrote.
