"The message of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on July 13  at 11:15 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. the units of the Defense Army carried out  fortification work in the Askeran and Karvachar regions of the  Republic of Artsakh, which were allegedly stopped by the Azerbaijani  units deployed in the occupied territories of these regions, is  another disinformation," Artsakh Defense Army states.
