Azerbaijan implements Armenophobic policy at the highest level - Armenian Human Rights Defender

ArmInfo. Azerbaijan is pursuing  an Armenophobic policy at the highest level. Human Rights Defender of  Armenia Anahit Manasyan stated on July 6 at a press conference.   According to her, this kind of policy makes it impossible to protect  human rights. "We monitor this policy in the media of Azerbaijan on a  daily basis. In particular, in the latest extraordinary report, these  facts were presented in detail, literally quoting the officials of  Azerbaijan, including the President of this country, Ilham Aliyev,  who are full of hateful statements that testify to the state policy,  and this makes it practically impossible to protect human rights in  Artsakh >,  the Human Rights Defender of Armenia said.

She added that the RA Human Rights Defender's office also focuses on  the situation in the border regions of Armenia, which is also  monitored on a daily basis and is reflected in the reports of the  Human Rights Defender's office, which are immediately sent to  international partners, since as a result of actions by the  Azerbaijani armed forces the rights of local residents are also  violated. In this issue, the policy of Armenophobia is also obvious,  which, together with the situation in Artsakh, complements each other  and demonstrates not only of simple violations of human rights, but  of violations of vital rights. "This Armenian-hateful policy is aimed  at carrying out ethnic cleansing in specific settlements, which does  not correspond to the values practiced in the civilized world,"  Manasyan stressed.
