ArmInfo.The U.S. Department of State remains concerned over the situation in the Ararat province in Armenia, where two Indian citizens were injured, U.S. Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller told a briefing.
"We remain concerned about the situation. And we continue to urge the two parties to work together to bridge the remaining differences. Speaking broadly, I will say - as you know, as we spoke to yesterday, we do believe that an agreement is still within reach and we look forward to convening the two parties to move forward," he said.
On June 13 and 14, Azerbaijani armed forced opened fire in the direction of the Armenian-American metallurgical works in Yeraskh. Two vehicles and the office building were damaged. Two Indian citizens were injured and underwent surgery. Their condition is moderately severe.
