He also noted that there are territories that are under the control  of the Armenian armed forces, and about which little is said, but  there are also sovereign territories of the Republic of Armenia  (about 150 sq km), which are occupied by the Azerbaijani military.  Naturally, the "mirror" withdrawal of troops implies the withdrawal  of the parties from all these territories. <At the moment, those  points that are important for the parties are being discussed under  the draft peace treaty. It is excluded that in this document Armenia  will appear on the world map with a territory of less than 29.8  thousand square kilometers, and this area is a "red line" and a  precondition for the Armenian side. Moreover, the  guarantee mechanisms must be presented clearly so as not to have the  situation that developed after the tripartite statement of November  9, 2020, which is constantly violated by Azerbaijan, and the mediator  practically does not react to these violations.
