ArmInfo.The case of the "kidnapping" of the prime minister's son, Ashot Pashinyan, within the  framework of which the mother of the deceased serviceman Zhora Martirosyan, Gayane Hakobyan, was arrested, was sent to the prosecutor with an indictment on Friday.  Lawyer Hovsep Sargsyan announced this on May 29 at a meeting with journalists.

<According to the information we have, today the case with the  indictment will be sent to the court of general jurisdiction of the  city of Yerevan. The name of the judge is not yet known to the  defense side. I think the prosecution does not know the name either  >, he said.

According to him, the preliminary investigation was completed in an  unprecedentedly short time - May 17th -May 25th. The case is now  under the jurisdiction of the court. At the same time, before the  completion of the preliminary investigation, this body announced a  review of the criminal prosecution.

As for the statement of Gayane Hakobyan's former lawyers that there  are no legal tools left for effective protection of Gayane Hakobyan,  Sargsyan said that if they continue to work, it means that they think  that there are still available legal tools.  The lawyers emphasized  that to date no facts have been presented that testify that the  mother of the deceased servicaman Gayane Hakobyan (Azgush  Martirosyan) took any actions typical of an attempted kidnapping.
