From whom do you want to receive a Cadastral Certificate, from  Aliyev? Aghvan Vardanyan asks Pashinyan

They are trying to introduce a new concept of statehood: to educate Armenians, to tame RA citizens, to adapt them to their own kind: pathetic, cowardly, devoid of dreams>, Aghvan Vardanyan, a member of the Hayastan (Armenia) opposition faction, said at a briefing in parliament on May  26.

According to him, "one who destroyed and is destroying all state  institutions with his henchmen is talking about a new concept of  statehood".

"Recently, he says: "Our parameters for a peace agreement may not be  acceptable to our people, but we will not hold a referendum, this  would mean avoiding responsibility." He's talking about the cadastral  certificate. A UN member state with an independence referendum, a  constitution, says we don't have a cadastral certificate. From whom  do you want to receive a Cadastral Certificate, from Aliyev?>,  Vardanyan said, declaring that Armenia-Turkey, Armenia-Iran borders  are clear, only the western borders are constantly violated by the  enemy.

On May 24, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said from the  rostrum of the parliament: "We all live in a place for which we do  not have a Cadastral Certificate." According to him, if it is  possible to sign a peace treaty with Azerbaijan, then, by his  definition, we will receive this "certificate".

<Do we all understand that for 30 years we have been living in our  beloved homeland in a place for which we do not have a cadastral  certificate, and Armenia, as a state, has never had a Cadastral  Certificate for its many thousands of years of existence. If what we  want to do succeeds, for the first time in history we will receive a  "cadastral certificate", we will be owners not only de facto, but  also de jure>, Pashinyan said.
