ArmInfo. < The "mirror" withdrawal of troops does not mean the withdrawal of Armenian troops from their current positions. Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated on May 24 during the government hour in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
He noted that a mirror withdrawal of troops means an equal withdrawal of troops from the border specified in the Alma-Ata Declaration, that is, those who have crossed the line must return beyond it. Pashinyan stressed that as of today Armenia is like a house without a cadastral certificate, and now, finally, it must receive a similar document, which should be based on the Alma-Ata Declaration. In this context, the prime minister also noted that the clause on the inviolability of borders, specified in the Alma-Ata Declaration, is negatively perceived in the Armenian society, but the state needs its borders not to be violated.
