ArmInfo. Individual Armenian officials are trying to justify their attitude to the situation in Artsakh with their reprehensible indifference and immorality, Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the opposition faction Armenia, RA National Assembly, wrote on his Facebook account.
The situation in Artsakh, which has been blockaded for five months, is worsening and has seriously worsened since April 23, when Azerbaijan set up an illegal checkpoint. The amount of essential good supplied to Artsakh has been heavily restricted. Azerbaijan is even putting obstacles to the ICRC. The energy crisis has caused grave economic problems.
"Artsakh is a hostage with all the ensuing grave consequences. The forces present in the region are silent, while Armenia's leadership has adopted a position as if nothing was going on. Individual Armenian officials are trying to justify their attitude to the situation in Artsakh with their reprehensible indifference and immorality," Mr Abrahamyan wrote.
