France together with Armenia pays tribute to memory of victims of  1915 genocide

ArmInfo.France, together with Armenia, pays tribute to the memory of the victims of the 1915  genocide. This is stated in the message of the French Embassy in Armenia.

"The fight against denial and oblivion means confirmation of the  fundamental rights of the Armenian people, a friend of France, to  life, security, democracy. It also means the pursuit of peace in the  whole world," the diplomatic mission said in a statement.

President of the Regional Council of Ile-de-France, Valerie Pecresse  , also urged not to forget about the Armenian Genocide. "Not  forgetting the Armenian genocide. Respect for this standing people, a  friend of France. Stop the silence and cowardice against the  Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, who are threatened," Pecresse wrote.
