ArmInfo. The Prosecutor's Office of Armenia has amended and supplemented the charges against Azerbaijani Hussein Akhundov. He was also charged with the murder of an employee of the Zangezur copper-molybdenum combine. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of Armenia.
According to the source, the National Security Service of Armenia found out that Akhundov fatally shot the guard in order to steal the mobile phone and the car, which would facilitate the illegal crossing of the border between Armenia and Iran. In particular, Hussein Akhundov was charged under the following articles: illegal crossing of the state border, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement; smuggling of products, equipment, firearms or other substances, devices, items, military goods, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement; illegal circulation of firearms, their main components, ammunition and other substances, devices, items, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement; murder for mercenary motives in order to conceal another crime or facilitate its commission and for reasons of hatred, intolerance or enmity, due to racial, national, ethnic, social origin, religious, political or other views, or other circumstances of a personal or social nature.
Earlier the Prosecutor's Office reported that Azerbaijanis Agshin Babirov and Hussein Akhundov were arrested and charged with illegally crossing the state border of Armenia and transporting firearms and ammunition by prior agreement with a group of people.
It should be noted that one of the Azerbaijani saboteurs was detained on the territory of Armenia in the Syunik region on April 9, and the second one on April 13. Moreover, Akhundov had the phone of a murdered employee of the ZCMC, in which there was a video recording of the detainee, where he said that he had beheaded an Armenian and he was a hero of the Republic of Azerbaijan
