ArmInfo. Former state minister of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan has explained what he means by "no step back."
"No step back, as I understand it, is realizing there is no retreating further, there is no further compromise, it is the redline you can by no means cross. It is a most difficult choice. But those choosing this way are ready to fight to the end, and the enemy feels that," Mr Vardanyan stated live.
He is sure that Armenians and Azerbaijanis need a dialogue however hard it may be for them. And there can be no future without a civilized dialogue.
The future of Armenia and Artsakh is in the hands of Armenian young people. So they must receive the best education, being aware of fundamental values and love for their Homeland.
Public-private partnership will facilitate the country's development, with achievements. Private businesses need the green light now, Mr Vardanyan said.
